About mountainmullins

Sasha doll collector primarily plus other interesting dolls. I inheirited my love of dolls from my dear Mother and also her collection. My first Sasha doll was Gwennie, a redheaded studio doll. Since Gwennie, I have collected other Sasha dolls and love their individual personalities created by their eye painting, hair color and styling, and dressing them. It is such fun to share with other collectors!

A Colorful and Happy Christmas Eve

Image

image
A very happy Christmas Eve greetings from Ebo, a handsome Shelly repaint, Whitney, a gorgeous Sarah reroot, and Polly, a lovely Nikki repaint. 🙂

image
Both girls are wearing festive holiday frocks made by Lorraine Tyler. Whitney’s turquoise leather shoes were made by Sarah Williams and Polly’s orange leather shoes were made by an unknown maker.

image
Ebo’s outfit was made by Joan Wilson and his black leather boots were made by Jean Jensen.

image
A closer view of Whitney.  I added a turquoise ribbon to her lovely hair. ❤

image
Polly came wearing this wig though styled differently. I thought a nice side braid would be pretty with a red bow. 🙂

Sending you hugs and happy wishes that you have a wonderful Christmas Eve! Christmas is only a day away. 🙂 xxx

Spreading a Little Christmas Cheer

This is a quick post of pretty girls in pretty holiday frocks. This is Tilly a 1967 NP girl. Her festive, studio style dress was made by Nikita.  I love it! ❤

Tilly’s pretty red shoes were made by Jean Jensen.

This dear little girl is Sylvia, a 1966 NP. She wears a studio style dress made by Nikita. ❤

image
Sylvia’s shoes were made by Ruth’s dolls.

image
A previous photo of Sylvia taken indoors and she is wearing this lovely dress without the studio pants. It is lovely either way. ❤

Lastly, here is the lovely Ellen who Is an early 1967 NP. Her holiday outfit, including her shoes and socks, was made by Ruth’s dolls. ❤

image
A full view of Ellen. Isn’t the bunny with his red bow tie just the dearest addition to her red corduroy jumper?

I hope you enjoyed this post. I will post again soon. Merry Christmas from all of us here at Sasha Shangri-La! ❤ xxx

Adeline’s Christmas Dress

Image

image
Adeline is very happy to model her new Christmas outfit made by Karen Warnaka. I love Karen’s dresses with the beautiful smocking and her amazing wool jackets and coats. This outfit was made for sweet Adeline to wear for Christmas. ❤

image
Adeline is a 1967 English production NP.   I love her beautiful brown eyes and jet black hair. ❤

image
The wool jacket fits her perfectly. The silver heart buttons are so nice to see.

Lovely color for Adeline.  The flowers are a very soft and pretty addition. 🙂

Adeline’s red leather shoes are made by Jean Jensen. ❤
