Happy Father’s Day

image

Happy Father’s Day to all of our “fathers” in our lives.   Have a blessed day everyone. ❤ xxx

Note: The tall boy on the left is an early cloth doll made by Kathe Kruse and is known as a German grandchild.  His name is Freddy.  The curly redheaded boy is made of felt and was made by R. John Wright.  His name is Scott.  The tiny blonde boy is made of felt and was also made by R. John Wright.  His name is Cole.  Lastly, is the vinyl boy made in 1967 and he is an NP Sasha doll.  His name is Finn.  I love them all but Finn has my heart completely. ❤

  1. Fab set of ‘Fathers-to-be’ here!
I’d like to join you in wishing all Fathers everywhere a very happy day today..(and.with extra special wishes to my daughter Chon’s Father, as today is also her birthday… so a great day of celebrations for both of them.

  2. Hi, so much lovely dolls here.I am a German Doll collector. I love Kruse and Sasha dolls. I like the Doll Brigitte from Sasha (I found it in december) so very very much. Where do you find this wonderful Doll? I like it. Thanks for the Pictures. Greetings from Rosinchen

    • Hello Rosinchen. Thank you for writing such lovely comments about the dolls. I love the Kruse dolls too and have for a long time. Brigitte was found on ebay and that was a very lucky day for me! 🙂 xxx

  3. Four gorgeous boys Ginger! And I hope your husband had a great Father’s Day too 🙂
PS Finn is my favourite too 😉 xxx

  4. What a wonderful tribute to Fathers Day, Ginger. Your Finn of course is an adorable Gregor, but my automatically is drawn to the wee guy, Cole. Then again, they are all amazing. Hope your hubby had a great day.

    • Thank you Cathy! Finn has been with me the longest of any of these boys. Cole is a recent addition as is Scott and the Kruse boy Freddie. Finn is busy showing them the ropes here at Sasha Shangri-La!

Rick had a great day and we all did since we spent the time together. I hope your hubby had a great day too! 🙂 xxx
