Sweet Kitty from a Sweet Friend

Please meet a precious Sasha baby beautifully repainted and rerooted by Pam Winter Turner. I have named her Kitty. Kitty is wearing a lovely smocked snowman dress made by Julie Ruleman. I think she is just wonderful. πŸ₯°

Kitty was gifted to me by a special, sweet friend at the Sasha Festival last summer held in Columbus, Ohio. She gave her to me on the last day and with all the saying goodbyes, packing up our cars, and all the activities going on, I wasn’t able to open he gift bag until I was home later that day. Boy was i surprised and super happy too! πŸ₯°

Kitty is showing her matching pants and her leather shoes made by Jean Jensen. She is also holding a favorite felt toy also made by Julie. I love this sweet girl.

Kitty and I thank you for visiting us here on Sasha Shangri-La today. I hope you enjoyed meeting Kitty. Have a wonderful week ahead! πŸ₯°

A sneak peek for you catching little Kitty snuggling next to her sister Gloria and a favorite knitted chicken. Also, we see Lotta, a smaller Himstedt girl that just arrived last week here on Cow Creek and is fitting in nicely.. πŸ₯°

      • Oh thanks for letting me know that. Can’t understand then why I can’t see this. Oh the joys??? Of having to get a new laptop!!! The two main things that I really like about it are the fact that it has a touch screen and that it is def. Speedy in it,s actions. xx

  1. What a dear little ‘tot’ Kitty is.

I have always had a soft spot for the customised Sasha Dolls and she is absolutely delightful and ‘stands out’ beautifully from from the usual original blonde/brunette English Sasha babies.

Wishing you both hours of fun together. xx

    • Oh thank you Kendal. I think her hair color and the length really are special and her eye painting is so nice too. Kitty is a darling! I remember your many beautiful Sasha babies and especially your customized Sasha toddler Bea. It is such fun to dress these wee ones. πŸ₯°

  2. The perfect name for this baby and such a lovely gift from your friend.

I do like dolls who are a little different to the usual ones.

Love the last photo of the little group of dolls, I did not realise you could get Himstedt dolls so small

    • Thank you Dee. I am so grateful for little Kitty. She brings a smile to my face each time I see her. πŸ₯°

When I found out about the Himstedt dolls that are about 19-20 inches tall, I looked to buy one but they were sold with the larger Himstedt dolls. I think there were 3 different dolls made. Eventually I would see one alone on Ebay but they were expensive. This girl is named Lotta and I have been watching her since 2005 when she was made. Finally, she is here! πŸ₯°
