We haven’t posted in quite some time. Without knowing, I had too many photos stored from previous posts which took me over my limit. My previous attempts to post were unsuccessful. So, I have deleted a lot of photos. I hope this action will allow me to post.
This sweet BIV studio doll is named Evie. She came to Sasha Shangri-La this year. I love her and especially her blue eyes.
Evie is wearing a beautiful smocked dress made by Thu Cuc Faes in Switzerland. I love the fabric. Her red leather shoes were made by Ruthsdolls. That is Chloe next to her. She is a 1966 brunette NP.
I hope you enjoyed this short post and I hope it posts! Have a great week! ❤️
It feels good to be back and I thought it should be short and sweet. ❤️
So glad you are back!! I was just thinking it had been awhile! Evie is glorious!
Thank you Marti! I Am glad you like Evie.
I had my fingers crossed that deleting All those photos Would let me go forward. Yay, it worked!
Evie has a very pretty eyes and her dress is lovely!
Thank you Halyna. I am glad you like Evie too.
Lovely to read a post from peaceful Sasha Shangri-la 💗 Evie is beautiful
Thank you Tricia. I hope to post more now. I freed up nearly 19% of capacity. I have to watch and maybe write more posts but shorter. ❤️
Awesome thank you for sharing.
Thank you Karen.
So lovely to wake up to this in my inbox. The girls are beautiful. That is one of the prettiest dresses I have seen, such a good start to the day! Viv
Thank you Viv. I am happy you enjoyed this short post. I agree with you about the dress. It is very pretty. Good to hear from you.
Evie is so pretty Ginger, I love her hair and how it frames her heart shaped little face. Her dress suits her colouring so well, she is angelic.
Thank you Janet. She is angelic! I am glad you like her too. 🥰
Like you my WordPress blog posts have been sadly neglected, through in my case, due to ill health. As I like to keep all my photos in their original format instead of resizing them I have to pay around £45 per year here for extra storage space. Unfortunately this seems to have been somewhat of a waste of money with not having blogged over the last few years.
I couldn’t help but notice that the two outfits on your two NP girls were originally The Broods. The coat was by The Doll Works (with a Pinestreetstudio beret) and the tartan pinafore was by Molly worn over a Phyliss G. fawn jumper. Brought back some fond memories, so thanks!
Great to have you back with this delightful and interesting post. (Hoping that it might spur me on to restart my blogging!)
Thank you Kendal. Yes, those outfits were yours and I bought them from Shelly’s site. I had photos to post earlier this year but the blog would not post them due to storage limits. I will post the photos very soon even though they are winter outfits. Thank you for the details on the outfits.
I hope you do post again on your blog though you do post regularly on Facebook which is so nice. Your photography is wonderful. 🥰
Welcome back Ginger, lovely to see you.
This girl is beautiful, her face is gorgeous as are her blue eyes, so pretty.
Big hugs xx
Hi Sharon! It is wonderful to hear from you now that I have finally posted on the blog. The Cow Creek family and critters are all very well. We have 4 dogs now! I am glad you liked the post. Sending you hugs! 🥰 xxx
if you resize your photos by 50% then they dont take up so much space , they still look the same size you just lose a bit of quality , my blog photos are all resized , i used to use photobucket to host my photos but you now cant see all my early photos on the blog as photobucket says i now have to pay …i use an actual camera and resize them on the computer , if you use a phone ive no idea how to do it ? …i can text and thats about it !!! 🙂 ….lovely post xxxx
Hi Sarah and thank you for the suggestions. It is so nice to hear from you. I will try resizing my photos. I use an iPad most of the time with the blog posting but I take my photos with an iPhone. Also, I did end up paying for additional storage. So I think I will be okay for a while if I resize the photos and try to have shorter posts. So glad you liked the post. 🥰
I have missed your blog. Evie is so sweet Ginger. She really does look like a little girl. Love her blue eyes and of course her pert lips. My favorite mold of the SDs.
Thank you Cathy. I missed the blog too. So nice to hear from you, 🥰
hello I love the header of your blog, it is a personal creation? Cherrita Elvin Minta
Hello Cherrita and thank you. Yes I created the header. I found a photo of the gingham print and used that for the background. The doll photo I added as the Header image and then I cropped it to the size you see. 😊
